Your licence

You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and play Ninety-Nine on devices you own or control, for as long as you keep the app. The app is licensed to you, not sold.

You may not copy, sell, rent, sub-licence or redistribute the app, reverse-engineer or decompile it except where that right cannot lawfully be excluded, or remove any notice it displays.

What it costs

Nothing. Ninety-Nine is free, carries no advertising, and has no in-app purchases or subscriptions. There is no account to create and nothing to cancel.

Your scores

Best scores, Brain Power and streaks are stored on your device and nowhere else. They are not backed up by us and cannot be recovered or transferred. Uninstalling the app removes them permanently.

Ownership

The app, its name, its artwork and its scoring system belong to Mudassar Raza and are protected by copyright. These terms give you no rights in them beyond the licence above.

No warranty

Ninety-Nine is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Scoring is a measurement made by software and is offered for entertainment; it is not a clinical, diagnostic or professional assessment of anything.

Limits of liability

To the extent the law allows, Mudassar Raza is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. You may have consumer rights in your country that these terms do not affect.

The stores

You also agree to the terms of the store you downloaded from. Apple and Google are not parties to this agreement and are not responsible for the app, but Apple may enforce these terms as a third-party beneficiary. Apple and Google have no obligation to provide support for the app.

Ending the licence

The licence ends when you uninstall the app or stop meeting these terms. You can end it at any time by deleting the app.

Changes

These terms may be updated when the app changes. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.
